RATES —

Therapeutic Services $300/ 50 minute session

Diagnostic Plans are formulated following an initial clinical intake and consultation. Abbreviated, targeted, and comprehensive assessment services are discussed in order to ensure your referral questions are appropriately addressed.

INSURANCE —

Dr. Ruth is not in-network with any insurance companies. With PPO insurances plans, she is considered an out-of-network provider and you may be reimbursed in full or in part. Clients are provided with a monthly superbill to give to your insurer. Please check your coverage by asking the following questions:

• Does my plan provide out-of-network reimbursement for mental health?

• Is there a deductible I need to meet before you will start to reimburse me?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What percentage of the fee do you cover?

PAYMENT —

Cash, check, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY —

Dr. Ruth requires at least 24 hours advanced notice or you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. 

TELETHERAPY AND COACHING —

Dr. Ruth uses a secure HIPAA platform (Simple Practice) to conduct video sessions which you can access on your computer, tablet, or phone.
